Manage and maintain Microsoft network environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy

Administer M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)

Support Symitar core processing systems and related applications

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls)

Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards and financial regulations

Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and reports

Develop and deliver system performance and security reports to management

Lead IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and upgrades

Provide support for IT issues across branches

Train staff on new systems and security protocols
