Responsibilities

Purchase properties using Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc., from sellers across various platforms
Perform in-depth market research and provide expert advice about changes in Cryptocurrency and real estate markets
Prepare and execute contracts and other necessary paperwork ensuring compliance and accuracy
Plan and implement strategies to maximize the value of transactions, keeping abreast with trends and regulatory changes in both the Crypto and Housing markets
Develop and maintain relationships with sellers, clients and other stakeholders, promoting effective communication
Resolve any issues or discrepancies in transactions efficiently

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
Ability to apply real estate laws and regulations to practice
Ability to handle high-pressure scenarios
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
