Finance Customer Service Representative (Call Center Agent)
CRH Talento en IT is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their Finance Customer Service team. The role involves providing excellent customer service by handling inbound calls and chats related to vehicle financing, assisting with payment requests, and maintaining a high level of agility to adapt to changes in technology and processes.

Responsibilities
Provide an excellent customer experience by handling inbound calls and chats related to vehicle financing
Help customers with a variety of requests, including payment extensions, due date changes, and payment research
Navigate multiple applications and use an online knowledge-base to assist with call handling and decision-making
Research and correct items like misapplied payments or balance disputes
Discuss past due accounts with customers and establish acceptable arrangements
Maintain a high level of agility to adapt to changes in technology and processes
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in customer service is required
A strong customer service mindset
Some college or university coursework is a must
Preferred
Call center experience is highly preferred
Proven bilingual proficiency in English (both spoken and written) with previous work experience in the language
A Bachelor's degree is preferred
