Responsibilities

Conduct ultrasonic inspections of materials and components as per industry standards

Interpret results to ensure compliance

Prepare detailed inspection reports

Maintain inspection equipment

Required

Proficiency in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) methods, including calibration, operation, and interpretation of results

Experience with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques, such as Radiographic (RT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Penetrant (PT), Eddy Current (ET), and Visual Testing (VT)

Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

Working knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., NADCAP, ASNT, ASTM)

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities

Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting

Certifications: Level II certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and relevant NDT certifications

Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
