Responsibilities
You will plan the use of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and other resources to accomplish work operations planned on a day-to-day basis
You will track and monitor all work with in assigned areas, looking for cost overruns, inefficiency, incorrect workload standards, training, deficiencies, support deficiencies, etc
You will take steps to resolve problems by determining the cause, finding solutions and taking corrective action
You will observe work in progress to assure on time completion and verify the quality going into the product
You will maintain administrative records for employees to include time and attendance, man hours expended and labor attestations
You will participate in the hiring or promotion process of candidates by serving as a rating panel member or serving as an EEO representative
Qualification

Must be a US Citizen
Must be determined suitable for federal employment
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty
You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift
Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present
You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites
Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics
Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the job elements
