Drug and Alcohol Program Analyst

NEOGOV is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Program Analyst to work within the Bureau of County Program Oversight/Division of Prevention and Treatment. The role involves monitoring and supporting Single County Authorities in their treatment needs assessments and plans, as well as managing federally funded grant programs related to substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

Monitor, guide, support, and assist SCAs through review of SCA Treatment Needs Assessments and SCA Treatment Plans and Updates
Plan, develop, provide technical assistance, and monitor programs associated with substance related and addiction disorders
Collect, organize, analyze and present data for planning, developing, and monitoring public and private programs and initiatives associated with substance related and addiction disorders
Serve as the project manager for Federally Funded Grant Programs, including oversight, management and monitoring of all aspects of the contracted programs
Participate in the implementation and review of Funding Initiative Announcements to address statewide substance use epidemics
Develop tools for assessing the applicant’s ability to respond to the crisis
Monitor grants awarded to include use of program evaluation tools and metrics

Required

Two years of professional experience in social service or human development programs including one year of program planning, developing, and monitoring experience of the same; and a bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
