Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to build digital media plans aligned with client goals and budgets
Develop proposals, forecasts, and inventory plans across digital channels
Price, package, and optimize digital ad products to maximize revenue
Coordinate with Ad Ops to ensure accurate setup, trafficking, and campaign execution
Manage pacing, delivery, and optimization throughout campaign lifecycles
Pull and analyze performance data; create post-campaign reports and insights
Maintain inventory availability, rate cards, and product documentation
Support RFP responses and custom client requests
Communicate proactively with internal teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
2 years of relevant experience required
Preferred
CRM system experience (Salesforce) a plus
Experience as a Title Clerk, lending, or F&I (Finance & Insurance) environment preferred
