Qualification
Required
3+ years diagnosing and repairing residential appliances (washers, dryers, cooking, dishwashers, and refrigerators)
Basic computer skills (email, internet, apps, navigating portals, video calls)
Strong customer service and problem resolution skills
Excellent time management and communication
Desire to learn new things, ask questions, and grow
Neat, clean, tidy, and professional appearance
Ability to be CORI certified (background screening)
Valid driver's license with clean driving history
Pre-employment physical (including a lift test)
Drug testing (pre-employment and random)
