Human Resources Information System Administrator
MKE Consulting is a services based company looking to expand its HR team by adding HRIS expertise. The HRIS Administrator will oversee the maintenance and improvement of HR systems, manage system updates, and support the HR team with employee benefits administration.

Qualification
Required
2+ Years of HR experience specific to HRIS
Strong analytical skills for data reporting, troubleshooting, and system optimization
Experience in System Administration and proficiency in managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as ADP, Paycor, BambooHR, etc
Knowledge and understanding of Employee Benefits management
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
Detail-oriented mindset and ability to ensure data integrity
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance is advantageous
