This role is ideal for newer or developing agents looking to build their skills by guiding buyers through property showings and sharpening their client service and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities
Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
Work alongside sales agents to assist clients in discovering their ideal homes
Provide detailed written feedback to aid clients in narrowing down their options
Prepare and negotiate offers for sales agents and clients
Commit a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
Engage in weekly script practice sessions following team protocols
Take part in team events and activities as per team standards
Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
Log tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Qualification
Required
Valid Real Estate License: Must hold an active real estate license in the state of Colorado
Reliable Transportation: Own a dependable vehicle with a valid driver's license and insurance
Flexible Schedule: Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Customer Service Oriented: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using real estate software, CRM systems, and mobile technology
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support team members to achieve common goals
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the showing process
Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
