Responsibilities
Creating, maintaining, managing, and briefing multiple tasks within our ADP projects
Collaborate with Software Program Management, CAMs, tech leads, and other capability leads in support of technical execution
Work directly with multiple software teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters ensuring we have planned, can execute, and will release software to meet our stakeholder requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience as a software or project engineer
Ability to collaborate with software development teams for critical programs
Ability to create, maintain, manage, and brief multiple tasks within ADP projects
Collaboration with Software Program Management, CAMs, tech leads, and other capability leads in support of technical execution
Work directly with multiple software teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Strong time-management and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated effective communication skills for frequent inter-organizational and outside customer interactions
Ability to travel up to 10% may be required
Preferred
JIRA, writing JQL, and Confluence experience strongly desired
Strong Agile Methodology understanding
Good understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
Good understanding of Software development lifecycle
DevSecOps or Tech Stack experience
Automation experience
Python or Java experience
Demonstrated self-starter requiring minimal supervision with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
