Responsibilities
Accounts Payable: Bills and credit card expenses are paid in a timely manner
Accounts Receivable: Customers are billed according to their requirements, monthly statements are generated, etc
Process payroll and retirement contributions
Generate sales and profitability reports
Act as administrative support to CEO, such as coordinating and scheduling appointments
Assist with other administrative responsibilities in the office, such as travel logistics, processing mail, taking meeting minutes, etc
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in QuickBooks Online handling bookkeeping tasks
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, or Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel up to 6 times per year
