Responsibilities
Reviewing and scrubbing inspection lists in advance to verify scope and necessity
Confirming dates, customer status, and any past-due balances
Proactively contacting customers to confirm availability and schedule inspections
Ensuring inspection reports are submitted within 24 hours of completion
Coordinating with subcontractors to complete inspections and follow up on invoices and reports
Supporting the Project Manager with scheduling smaller installation projects
Sharing phone coverage responsibilities with the Service Coordinator
Stepping away from phone coverage during designated 'Quiet Hour' to focus on scheduling and administrative work
