Responsibilities
Participate in a critical project to upgrade all of the networking equipment in the client's locations across the country by the end of 2026
Work over the phone with a user in an onsite location to walk through the necessary steps to remotely convert from the old network to the new network and conduct test orders to validate the conversion was successful
Follow a very detailed process with documented steps to follow, and the scripts they are running/automation they are deploying will all be prewritten
Ensure attention to detail and strong ability to explain directions to the onsite contact
Qualification
Required
Experience working in an IT Support role (helpdesk and/or desktop support)
Working knowledge of IT hardware/software
Ability to work over the phone with a user in an onsite location to walk through necessary steps for network conversion
