Responsibilities
Provide on-site desktop and hardware support across production and office areas
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile RF devices, and peripherals
Support computers, phones, printers, and industrial printing equipment
Perform break/fix troubleshooting for end-user devices, servers, and network-connected systems
Assist with implementing and maintaining network servers and Active Directory accounts
Re-image and deploy computers as required
Troubleshoot basic network issues involving routers, switches, and wireless access points
Track and manage hardware inventory and e‑waste
Maintain reliable Windows 11 system performance
Reset wireless access points, including ladder-based work in elevated areas
Perform additional duties as assigned to maintain production uptime
Qualification
Required
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to remain effective under pressure
Capable of making timely, informed decisions
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience with desktop support, break/fix troubleshooting, printer support, and Windows 10
Provide on-site desktop and hardware support across production and office areas

Regular use of PC equipment
Occasional bending, crawling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. for hardware installation
Ability to climb ladders to access and reset wireless access points
Ability to climb 20–25 ft. industrial man-ladders (some without cages) to reach catwalks/mezzanines while carrying hardware
Ability to navigate tight spaces with overhead cabling and HVAC equipment
Preferred
Basic network troubleshooting (routers, switches, WAPs)
Experience re-imaging and deploying computers
Willingness to complete ladder safety training for elevated work
