The Marketing Manager will drive marketing strategy and spend activation across the United States market, coordinating major programs and managing social media to achieve sales and marketing targets.

Responsibilities

Own, develop and manage best-in-class marketing activation strategy across the United States to help hit key sales and marketing targets
Translate brand and sales priorities and partner with customer teams to develop the plans and programs necessary to meet sales targets
Develop and own our national marketing budget
Drive awareness outreach
Lead major activation programs with our customers and any agency and platform partners
Liaise with cross-functional teams to build in-depth knowledge of business objectives and product mix to identify and develop growth opportunities at brand, category, and portfolio level
Coordination with internal stakeholders to develop and execute national programs
Coordination with the various account teams on account-specific programming
Provide regular reporting and status updates to key stakeholders
Agency management
Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of new or emerging trends
Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures
Understands and demonstrates the Company’s core values
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Strong understanding of consumer marketing, digital marketing and media especially retail media networks
Strong understanding of social media and social media campaigns
Strong analytical background to support a test and learn approach while continually evolving and optimizing campaigns
