Responsibilities
Own and manage Business Unit (BU) and Zone Portfolio Management Reviews (PMR), elevating the level of decision-making on these forums and fully integrating Innovation, Maintenance/Renovation, and Productivity projects into one discussion
Drive optimal decisions on End-to-End Resource Allocations across R&D resources, marketing support for new launches, Capex, etc
Define and ensure clear guidelines for NA Zone projects, including mix of types, size, timeline, and improving adherence to thresholds and reducing number of exceptions
Connect consumer insights to projects/initiatives, enhancing ways of working to enable smooth information sharing
Guarantee project execution/timeliness, escalating across Zone leadership and working with Zone leaders to offset any risk to our portfolio delivery
Qualification
Required

Experience in changing the way cross-functional teams work
Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Business acumen and industry expertise
Experience with Stage Gate
Collaborative mindset
