They are seeking a PC Technical Support technician to perform site assessments, inventory hardware assets, and deploy new hardware across various locations in the DMV area, including hospitals and outpatient facilities.

Responsibilities
Perform site assessments at primary hospitals and outpatient facilities
Take inventory of hardware assets and assess what hardware needs to be phased out and upgraded
Deploy new hardware throughout the hospitals
Document and track assets in an organized fashion via Microsoft Excel
Perform standard hardware break/fix troubleshooting and resolution to laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other medical equipment
Map printers and drivers to new devices for end users
Qualification
Required
Ability to travel to all locations throughout the DMV
Experience performing site assessments at hospitals and outpatient facilities
Ability to take inventory of hardware assets
Experience assessing hardware that needs to be phased out and upgraded
Ability to document and track assets in an organized fashion via Microsoft Excel
Experience with standard hardware break/fix troubleshooting and resolution for laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other medical equipment
Prior knowledge and experience mapping printers and drivers to new devices for end users
