Qualification
Required
Expertise in Commercial Real Estate and overall Real Estate knowledge
Possession of a valid Real Estate License and understanding of local market regulations
Experience in Real Estate Brokerage and Sales, including negotiating and closing deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using real estate software and tools
Preferred
Previous experience in commercial real estate or sales is preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
