Responsibilities
Operate and assist in setup of packaging machines
Perform manual Primary & Secondary Packaging as per Batch Records
Complete all cGMP documentation accurately and on time
Handle materials, labels, and components and support reconciliation
Clean and sanitize packaging rooms and equipment
Report any issues or deviations to QA or Supervisor
Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and production schedules
Qualification
Required
Responsible for operating packaging machines and performing manual packaging activities in a cGMP regulated pharmaceutical/medical device environment
Ensures accurate documentation, proper labeling, safe material handling, and cleanliness of packaging areas
Operate and assist in setup of packaging machines
Perform manual Primary & Secondary Packaging as per Batch Records
Complete all cGMP documentation accurately and on time
Handle materials, labels, and components and support reconciliation
Clean and sanitize packaging rooms and equipment
Report any issues or deviations to QA or Supervisor
Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and production schedules
High School Diploma
13 years in pharmaceutical, medical device, or manufacturing packaging
Basic machine operation
Understanding of cGMP & SOPs
Attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork
Preferred
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Pharmacy preferred
Experience with automated packaging equipment is a plus
