Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions, including large language models (LLMs) and advanced machine learning (ML) systems
Operationalize AI/ML models at scale
Drive software development initiatives
Integrate AI technologies into clinical, operational, and business workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems

Required

4 years of experience in AI/ML development and software engineering, with demonstrated success in deploying production-grade AI solutions
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Experience mentoring team members or leading technical initiatives
Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ for AI/ML development
Expertise with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
Strong skills in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
Experience with agentic AI design or orchestration tools (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes
Solid database experience (SQL/NoSQL) for structured and unstructured data
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
