Required

H.S. Diploma or GED

1 year of Customer service or healthcare registration

Preferred

Coursework/Training and Some college level coursework, in Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant

Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)

Upon hire: Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)

Registrar and third party payor experience
