Executive/Personal Assistant to Founder
JayJeffers Inc. is a highly successful interior design firm seeking an extraordinary Executive/Personal Assistant to support the Principal/Owner. This role involves a blend of business and personal support, requiring discretion and strong organizational skills to manage day-to-day activities and anticipate the needs of the Founder.
Architecture & Planning
Responsibilities
Founder scheduled, prepared and prompted for all meetings, deadlines and designated commitments
Well coordinated travel and social arrangements. Includes travel booking, client and marketing events, business and social engagements, lunches, dinners, and tracking of expenses
Personal business such as dog walking, dry cleaning, personal travel, gift buying, home management, etc
Timely and effective completion of designated special projects such as downloading/printing of photos, wrapping, shipping of gifts, thank you notes, dinner parties, personal shopping, special assignments
Comprehensive screening and prioritization of emails and phone calls
This can be partial in office/partial wfh position. THIS IS NOT A FULLY REMOTE POSITION. FULLY REMOTE CANDIDATES NEED NOT APPLY
Qualification
Required
Highly proficient with Outlook Calendaring
Excellent verbal and written skills
Super organized
Live in or near San Francisco
Own a car
Enjoy entertaining
Love dogs (cute ones 20lbs)
