This role involves overseeing the delivery and support of enterprise data center hosting services, providing strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure a reliable and secure infrastructure for supported agencies.

Responsibilities

Providing technical and administrative management control over day-to-day operations and individual projects related to on-premises compute services

Server administration, virtualization, backup and restoration, storage, monitoring, and service delivery

Providing strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure for supported agencies

Leading efforts to consolidate disparate systems and applications into a comprehensive Enterprise delivery model by standardizing products and processes to lower expenses while improving service offerings to customers

Required

Twelve years of professional information technology experience; or

Eight years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor's degree; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training

You must possess at least 5 years of experience designing and implementing compute/hosting technologies that align with organizational vision and strategic direction

You must possess at least 7 years of experience managing diverse IT teams and projects within resource-constrained environments

You must be able to perform essential job functions

You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements

This position will have access to Federal Tax Information (FTI) and is subject to the provisions of IRS Publication 1075 (Pub 1075) which requires you to pass an enhanced background check prior to beginning employment
