Information Technology
Responsibilities
Manage and collect on delinquent Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days of delinquency
Provide financial counseling to members to mitigate loss
Navigate multiple systems to effectively manage accounts
Make 80-120+ outbound and inbound calls per day in a call center environment
Evaluate member needs and provide empathetic solutions
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to resolve member issues
Qualification
Required
Experience in collections, sales, retail, or administrative roles
Customer service experience is essential
Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Strong communication and people skills
Preferred
Bachelor's or Associate's degree with Retail or Sales experience preferred
High School Diploma with collections or call center experience accepted
Experience in high-end retail or fast food establishments like Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Target, or Best Buy is advantageous
Resourceful and able to think outside the box
