Information Technology
Responsibilities
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions
Issue debit cards and assist with back-office tasks such as reports and general support
Handle walk-in and drive-thru transactions in rotation
Maintain and balance cash drawer daily, ensuring compliance with security procedures
Assist other departments when needed (Loans, Accounting, Member Services, etc.)
Answer phone calls and member inquiries, referring to appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all policies and regulations
Participate in branch opening and closing procedures
Complete required training and stay current on regulations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
Previous cash-handling or customer service experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to branch procedures
