Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Closing Transactions
Knowledge of Local Real Estate Markets and Market Trends
Ability to Provide Client Service, Build Relationships, and Deliver Exceptional Results
Proficient in Marketing Strategies, Property Listing, and Promotion
Organizational and Time Management Skills; Detail-Oriented Approach
Proficiency with Real Estate Software and Platforms; Familiarity with CRM Systems
Real Estate License in the State of Washington
Preferred
