Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing and communications strategy aligned with Ares Real Estate’s business goals for the operating platform

Lead and mentor regional marketing and communications teams, fostering collaboration and consistency across all markets

Ensure brand consistency across all channels and geographies, enhancing [New Logistics Co’s] global reputation and market positioning

Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, PR, and events

Collaborate closely with regional logistics leadership and the Ares Management Corporate Communications & Marketing team

Manage global media relations, crisis communications, and thought leadership initiatives for [New Logistics Co’s] and in collaboration with the Ares Management Corporate Communications & Marketing team

Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications efforts
