Qualification
Required
Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead construction teams and manage personnel effectively
Experience in Commercial Construction and related processes, including rebar installation and construction workflows
Knowledge of Quality Control methods to ensure that project standards and specifications are consistently met
Understanding of Construction Safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
Proficiency in Budgeting, including managing project expenses and optimizing resources for financial efficiency
Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate efficiently with various stakeholders
Preferred
Familiarity with project management software or tools is a plus
Prior experience in a similar role and within the rebar or construction industry is preferred
