Qualification
Required
1-3 years of Desktop Support
Experience with Deployments & Reimaging hardware & network troubleshooting
Hardware support like laptops, desktops, printer, mobile devices, handhelds scanners
Reimaging experience is a must
Support deployments of the hardware
Password resets
Break/fix on hardware
Upgrading software
Workstation setups
Supporting applications
