The Learning Tree ABA is seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based behavioral programs, enhancing the quality of life for children and their families while supervising a dedicated team of Behavior Technicians.

Individual & Family Services

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and interpret results

Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions

Develop and apply assessment and intervention methods for various cases, even in new situations

Train others to implement ethical and effective behavior interventions based on research

Submit session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans on time

Ensure ABA providers collect accurate data according to The Learning Tree’s policies

Supervise ABA Paraprofessionals and RBTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery

Provide 1:1 direct supervision and guidance to team members

Update treatment plans based on data and ongoing assessments

Oversee the collection of appropriate and accurate data

Conduct face-to-face parent training and treatment planning as needed

Required

BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required
