Process of new hire paperwork: verification and entry into the HR/payroll system to ensure all changes to employee records are applied
Execute accurate, timely weekly payroll for exempt, non-exempt, union and commissioned employees
Validate timecards, hours worked, pay rates and job classification
Ensure proper benefit deductions are withheld from employee payroll checks
Perform pre-payroll and post-payroll audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies quickly
Provide clear, responsive support for employee and manager payroll questions
Support special projects within the payroll department
