They are offering a 10-week summer internship program for students to gain practical knowledge in global physical metals trading, financial analysis, and risk management strategies while working closely with various trading desks.

Responsibilities
Gain practical knowledge and exposure to physical trading, market analysis, trade finance, industry research, accounting, and/or risk management
May assist traders in tracking physical movements of metals and associated documents, maintain reports, and help prepare paperwork and data records
Special projects and other administrative functions as assigned
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be in their junior or senior year at a 4-year accredited college or university
Must be able to work in our Stamford, CT office 5 days a week
Have a strong interest in commodities
Major in Economics, Finance, International Trade, Mining related fields, Math, Business, Marketing, or Accounting
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Self-starter, able to work independently or in a team environment
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications with advanced Excel skills in modeling and financial valuation
Highly proactive attitude
Ability to work 40 hours/week
Preferred
Multi-lingual candidates are a plus
