Responsibilities

Contribute to high-impact initiatives by developing business-critical solutions that address real challenges and deliver measurable value to stakeholders

Engage in hands-on software engineering activities, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying applications that support investment workflows. Learn best practices in system architecture, data integration, and agile development within a real-world financial technology environment

Learn about our sales and marketing processes, corporate functions, and key asset classes including equities, fixed income, and municipal bonds, along with their associated data and analytics

Work closely with a dedicated mentor who will provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the internship

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field with eligibility for full-time employment in Summer 2027

Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python, or a demonstrated interest in cybersecurity, with foundational knowledge of technologies including databases, messaging systems, and cloud platforms

Strong coding skills in a modern object-oriented language, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks

Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently

Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, with a keen ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including clear articulation of ideas, active listening, and professional presentation

Genuine curiosity and desire to learn about the Asset Management industry and its technology landscape
