Responsibilities

Assists on a broad range of governmental and managerial problems associated with maintaining the state criminal history repository
Provides assistance on all analysis, training, outreach, and support services related to the branch and the processes, procedures, and practices associated with collecting, processing, maintaining, and storing criminal history information
Assists with performing and analyzing studies and surveys; drafts policies and procedures; and develops training materials for internal and external stakeholders
Assists with assignments and special projects such as workload analysis, procedure and legal mandate review, legislative review, and administrative support
