Responsibilities

Able to work with clients to utilize marketing analytics and AI tools to analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize strategies
Prioritize customer success with a strong commitment to high-quality support and delivery
Independently create detailed project and resource plans while collaborating closely with clients and internal Professional Services practice leads
Lead strategic client meetings and consultations, providing guidance and expertise
Manage client relationships end-to-end, maintaining accountability throughout the entire project lifecycle. Including contract discussions, upsell opportunities research, and budget management
Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment with company goals and seamless execution

Required

Fluent in English and confident in client communication to lead client conversations, facilitate discussions, and drive alignment
Proven track record of independently managing and executing projects, with at least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Project Lead, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar
3+ years of account management experience within a marketing agency setting, with a focus on enterprise accounts
Solid understanding of data modeling, with working SQL knowledge to query, validate, and troubleshoot data in support of analytics needs
Strong project management skills enabling you to plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finish

Preferred

Curiosity about AI technologies and willingness to explore new ways of working with AI tools
Ability to take ownership and independently resolve customer challenges when needed
