Responsibilities
Understanding and Documenting Requirements - Work closely with the PMO and business partners in estimating the efforts with strong Commercial Banking and Payments technology domain knowledge. Partner with various stakeholders to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements
Solution Design - Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance
Leading and Mentoring – Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems
Qualification
Required
strong experience in a Business Systems Analyst or in a Business Systems Consultant role leading projects and designing solutions
ability to elicit requirements and write strong documentation
Strong Commercial Banking and Payments technology domain knowledge with FIS IBS Core Banking platform
Experience and expertise in designing/implementing Deposit Account Opening Platforms for Commercial banking clients
Understanding of Treasury Management Onboarding processes and systems engineering to enhance the overall client onboarding and servicing experience
Excellent abilities to manage stakeholders and having strong communication skills
strong abilities around analyzing and understanding data, as well as gap analysis expertise
proficient with Excel pivot tables, Visio, and other Microsoft office applications
strong problem solving skills, stakeholder management abilities, and exceptional organizational skills
Preferred
experience with Confluence/Jira experience, while working in an Agile environment
