Responsibilities
Conduct adversarial testing on conversational AI systems, including jailbreaks, prompt injections, bias exploitation, misuse cases, and multi-turn manipulation
Generate high-quality human red team data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks
Follow structured taxonomies, benchmarks, and red-teaming playbooks to ensure consistent and reproducible testing
Document attack cases, datasets, and reports that customers and research teams can act upon
Surface vulnerabilities that automated testing systems fail to detect
Collaborate asynchronously while maintaining high standards for accuracy, clarity, and documentation
Qualification
Required
Native-level fluency in English and French (required)
Prior experience in red teaming, adversarial AI testing, cybersecurity, or socio-technical risk analysis
Strong ability to think adversarially and systematically push AI systems to failure points
Experience explaining risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfort working independently in a fully remote, contract-based environment
Willingness to engage with sensitive AI outputs (with clear guidelines and wellness support provided)
Preferred
Adversarial ML techniques (jailbreak datasets, prompt injection, RLHF/DPO attacks, model extraction)
Cybersecurity background (penetration testing, exploit development, reverse engineering)
Socio-technical risk analysis (harassment, misinformation, abuse probing)
Creative or unconventional adversarial thinking (psychology, writing, acting, scenario design)
