Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all MEP installation activities on-site for data center projects

Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations including NFPA codes

Lead MEP coordination meetings and collaborate with various trades to prevent conflicts and ensure seamless integration of systems

Manage the commissioning process of MEP systems to ensure they are operational and meet performance requirements

Oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes throughout the project lifecycle

Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance project planning and execution efficiency

Evaluate project progress and troubleshoot any issues related to MEP systems promptly
