The role involves advocating and driving the sales of All Star Brand cannabis products, requiring frequent travel and strong relationship-building with clients and customers.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers in the Lansing area
Promote, educate and sell All Star Brand cannabis products to retailers and distributors
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads
Maintain and upkeep of CRM
Educate and gain interest of retail staff members on products
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cannabis industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Frequent/daily travel required to retail locations, clients, etc
Knowledge of the Mid-MI market and surrounding areas
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
