Responsibilities

Leading onsite support and being the go-to expert when the situation is urgent or complex

Mentoring Junior Engineers and elevating their technical and professional performance

Delivering server setups, network deployments, workstation rollouts, and project execution

Handling escalated tickets with precision and calm under pressure

Developing and Improving processes

Building deep client relationships through trust, communication, and consistent results

Conducting proactive maintenance to keep environments stable, secure, and future-ready

Work side by side with the team in the office when no field work is required

Required

4+ years IT support/Field Engineering

Strong in Windows, MS 365, networking, and servers

Excellent communication & client-facing skills

Strong documentation & follow-through

Certifications a plus
