Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and provide exceptional service
Proficiency in Retail Sales and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Highly developed Organization Skills to manage daily operations and maintain a well-organized retail space
Experience in Training and mentoring team members to ensure consistent growth and development
Leadership abilities, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills are highly recommended assets
Preferred
Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership role is preferred
