Overseeing a substantial docket of commercial, employment and privacy related litigation matters
Providing legal guidance and advice on commercial, employment and privacy related litigation matters, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Partnering with internal business and operations leaders
Managing outside counsel
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 8 or more years of relevant high stakes litigation experience in law firm and/or in-house roles
A minimum of 4 or more years of experience managing a legal team related to high stakes litigation matters
Impeccable leadership, professional judgment, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Licensed to practice law or eligible to practice in-house in California
Outstanding professional references
Preferred
Technology company experience is strongly preferred
