Responsibilities

Own the daily schedule by assigning the right technician to the right job
Monitor the dispatch board in real time and adjust to shifting priorities
Coordinate with technicians, warehouse, and leadership to keep jobs on track
Prepare next-day and two-week scheduling checklists to stay ahead of upcoming work
Conduct post-job debriefs to confirm standards were met and capture key feedback
Serve as the first impression for customers, answering calls and understanding their needs
Confidently turn inquiries into booked jobs through clear, friendly communication
Present service options and explain value in a way that builds trust
Follow up on open or canceled jobs to maximize conversions and keep schedules full
Maintain a professional, empathetic, solutions-oriented approach on every call
Share your insights and ideas to make a real impact on how we work and grow
Track booking rates, dispatch efficiency, and customer satisfaction to spot trends
Recommend process improvements that streamline communication and boost results
Collaborate across departments to strengthen teamwork and elevate the customer experience

Required

Proven experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service, preferably in the home services or electrical industry
Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatch platforms
Exceptional multitasking ability and composure under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sales-minded, customer-first approach
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a focus on results
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check
