They are seeking a motivated Project Manager for their Dynamic Survey division, responsible for overseeing field survey projects and mentoring staff while ensuring client satisfaction and project delivery within scope and budget.

Responsibilities

Boundary, Title and ALTA Surveys
Aerial and Topographic Surveys Utility locations including pipe inverts and sizes
Construction Layout
Right-of-Way Surveys
Utility Surveys
Wetland Location Surveys
Prepare Proposals
Client management and overall satisfaction
Mentor and develop staff
Perform other duties as assigned
Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, require minimal supervision and a good communicator
Ability to manage field crews and survey technicians
Manage projects to be delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Required

Minimum (8) years' experience
Experience with robotic total stations, GPS, leveling, field procedures, boundary analysis and resolution
Manage projects to be delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Must have flexibility in daily schedule start times, particularly early mornings
Valid driver's license
Ability to maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle
Familiar with CIVIL3D and Land Development Desktop
Knowledge of field survey operations, engineering and construction industry
Strong technical background
The ability to obtain OSHA 10 safety training
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Independent and critical thinking abilities
