Responsibilities

Prepare project schedules, phasing plans, and purchase orders

Manage job costs through ECAC and WIP reviews

Coordinate manpower and subcontractors for assigned projects

Conduct plan/spec takeoffs for new and reroof projects

Maintain communication with clients and internal teams regarding scheduling and progress

Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and inventory management

Participate in pre-job and pre-construction meetings; complete project closeout documents

Cultivate customer relationships to drive repeat business
