Provide general information related to the department

Record maintenance, preparation and review of forms, data entry

Provide handouts and/or forms to customers

Maintain inventory

Set up Financial Aid equipment (such as go-center computers)

Event preparation and support

Collect and record data

Maintain knowledge of multiple programs

Provide limited technology support to end users

Interpret regulations and policies

Maintain and/or process records
