Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within ethnic and mainstream food channels to increase Iberia's market share
Distributor & Retail Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and retail partners to ensure optimal product placement and visibility
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design and implement programs that support volume, distribution, and pricing objectives
Promotional Execution: Coordinate in-store promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale materials to enhance brand presence
Market Analysis: Conduct research on consumer trends, competitor activity, and emerging markets to inform strategic decisions

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in market development, sales, or business development within the food & beverage industry
Strong understanding of ethnic food markets and retail distribution networks
