Responsibilities

Define solution architecture using Java Spring Boot, APIs, and OpenShift/Kubernetes
Design processors, rules framework, and auditing mechanisms for metric automation
Lead integration with ServiceNow, Archer, SharePoint, TDW/Dataverse, and custom collectors where required
Deliver user-facing Power BI dashboards with drill-down and real-time/near real-time updates
Provide technical leadership, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Evaluate requests for solution architecture services that have been submitted to have starting requirements and stakeholders identified
Ensure that business outcomes / problem statement / requirements / use cases are adequately documented by requestor / Business System Analyst (BSA) / product owner

Qualification

Required

Strong expertise in Java microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven design
Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes container platforms
Familiarity with Power BI or equivalent visualization tools
Exposure to ServiceNow, Archer, SharePoint integrations
Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and mentor developers
Define solution architecture using Java Spring Boot, APIs, and OpenShift/Kubernetes
