Independently perform and manage own work
Consistently produce estimates within the given timeline
Keep constant contact with all clients and insurance carriers
Build strong relationships with management, clients, and adjusters
Creating proposals, change orders, revisions and supplements
Qualification
Required
2+ years verifiable experience in restoration or construction estimating
Proficiency in Xactimate
Knowledge of local and state building code requirements
